Creative Factory Middlesbrough is a transformative not-for- profit dedicated to supporting the growth of creative industries, digital innovation, and cultural regeneration in the Tees Valley.

We are working alongside key stakeholders to secure long-term infrastructure for artists and creatives. Find out more about who we’re working with and our board members.

Our mission is to establish a Creative Land Trust through the capital purchase of a range of buildings in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley. We will provide a sustainable, collaborative environment for artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs, delivering strategic property solutions and fostering a creative ecosystem.

We’re just getting started, but our vision is ambitious. We want culture to have a permanent seat at the table and to champion what creativity can do for Middlesbrough. For more information, contact us

  • Our initial investment was from a Levelling Up Partnership (LUP) funding from Middlesbrough Council, Creative Factory is working alongside key stakeholders including Tees Valley Combined Authority, Teesside University, Ethical Housing, and Middlesbrough Council to secure long-term infrastructure for artists and creatives.
