Working with East Street Arts, Creative Factory have taken over this meanwhile space on a 2 year licence. This space is set over two floors. With its huge windows and white cube space, as well as studio space upstairs, it was too good to turn down.

This is the old H. Samuel jewellers. It’s situated on a busy thoroughfare in Middlesbrough town centre,  46 Linthorpe had been empty for a number of years when Creative Factory acquired it. Spread across 3 floors and over 4,000 square feet, we are excited to start developing the building.

Working with our partners, Middlesbrough Council and Ethical Housing, we have purchased the freeholds of 132 Princes Road. Creative Factory wants to develop great places to work and live for creatives in Middlesbrough.
