The Other Perspective is an organisation founded by refugees, led by refugees, for refugees. They consult regularly with communities to determine what their needs are, and then design and develop services to be delivered in partnership with other organisations where possible.

They help beneficiaries directly, but also work with local partners to raise awareness of the needs of this community. We also work with employers to raise their understanding of what to expect when employing a refugee for the first time.
